Hog Roast StamfordOur stunning Southern Slow Roast is a real feast for all the senses, with your choice of three meats, marinated in advance and then slow-roasted on the day, as well as four hot or cold sides. You get to choose three mains from a possible five and four sides from a possible seven. With this menu, there’s also a vegetarian option of grilled halloumi and vegetable and wraps if needed and if you need dishes for other diets, whatever we’re serving you, just let us know in advance.

For an alternative speciality menu, our Hog Roast Stamford Loaded Fries will impress your guests with your choice of either pulled pork or brisket of beef, smothered over freshly-cooked fries together with either a zesty or spicy slaw and lots of melted cheese. It’s a taste sensation that our customers can’t get enough of!

It may well be that you prefer to have a spit roast or barbecue instead, which we can also easily do, or if you’d like a multi-course menu featuring a couple or several courses of canap├ęs, starters, sides and desserts, you can mix and match items between our menus if that’s better for you.
