Lucy runs a modelling agency based in Lincolnshire and hosts various networking events throughout the year to create bookings and introduce those signed on to her. This summer, she planned to host a classic networking event at a hotel near the centre of Lincoln, with Hog Roast Sleaford hired to provide a tasty catering menu for the occasion. To suit the event, our catering manager Rob was hired to serve a canapes course to the guests, followed by a delicious main course served buffet style.
In preparation for this event, we will begin by serving a selection of five delicious canapes as the guests arrive at the venue. The dishes will be served by our experienced waiting staff as the guests mingle and chat, creating the perfect beginning to the event. Some dishes that we have to offer include mini fish and chips, roasted duck breast, and crispy spring rolls.
Once the guests are settled and the event is in full swing, we will serve our main course buffet style. The menu will include a delicious slow-roasted hog, accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, crispy crackling, and fresh bread rolls. To create a well-rounded evening meal we will also be serving homemade chips and a variety of seasonal salad options. Overall, we are expecting this meal to go down as a success since a classic hog roast is the perfect addition to any kind of event.
