Just last week we had a booking with Steve, who was arranging a garden party for his family and friends to hopefully bask in the summer sun. He chose for us to serve our classic hog roast, which is a great menu choice for a summer do. It has all the unique and hearty features that comes with a hog roast whilst still lending that summer BBQ feel. Steve’s guests will enjoy pork from a slow roasted free-range pig served with freshly made apple sauce. On the side, our expert chef will prepare homemade sage and onion stuffing alongside pork crackling. All presented with a selection of bread rolls and wraps. The chosen meat-free alternative will be BBQ pulled jackfruit served in a bun and dressed with a crunchy coleslaw. Steve is looking forward to impressing all his friends and family with the Summer Spread!
