With your choice of three marinated meat dishes from a possible five, and your choice of four sides from a possible seven, the Hog Roast Boston Southern Slow Roast Menu gives you excellent variety and even includes a vegetarian option if you need one. If you don’t think one type of meat will suffice for your party, we’re pretty sure that three will, and you can choose from barbecued pork butt, Creole lamb, Cajun chicken, Texan beef brisket and Louisiana sticky pork ribs, all marinated in our secret recipe rubs beforehand and cooked low and slow on the day until mouthwateringly tasty. In terms of side dishes, we’re sure you’ll be more than happy with the choices we offer – four from jacket potatoes, a Greek salad, spicy sweet potato wedges, corn cobettes, a seasonal green leaf salad, mac and cheese, and our homemade coleslaw.
For Elly’s sweet 16th recently, Hog Roast Boston was asked to cook this menu for 45 guests, so on the day we cooked up a storm with our chicken, lamb and ribs, as well as coleslaw, mac and cheese, wedges and corn on the cob. The guests were clearly thrilled at the variety we offered, with many having some of each and every dish, and others choosing exactly what they wanted instead and by the end of the day, everything had been stripped clean.
