Every year during the festive period, Louise hosts an early Christmas meal for her extended family to enjoy. This includes her 4 children, 11 grandchildren, 3 siblings, and 6 nieces and nephews! As you can imagine, this is always a busy and bustling day and Louise spends most of it cooking away in the kitchen. This year, instead of spending most of her time away from her family, she decided to hire Hog Roast Caistor to do the hard work! Our team will be the ones preparing, cooking, and clearing away the catering, leaving Louise free to enjoy the day with her family. In preparation for this family event, the Hog Roast Caistor team got to work planning how to ensure that our catering runs smoothly.
