At Hog Roast Leadenham, we like to use every cut of the pig – we hate to be wasteful. Whether it’s the succulent rump, the butt, the rich belly, the tender ribs, you name it, and we’ll roast it.
Every cut has its moment to shine, and there’s a perfect piece of meat for every occasion and every meal. Recently, we had the pleasure of catering for the Wilson Wraight Stand at Cereals – The Arable Event, one of the UK’s leading agricultural shows. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase not just our passion for quality hog roasts, but also our versatility in using different cuts of pork to create delicious meals from morning through to afternoon.
Kicking off the day at bright an early at 8am by serving a hearty bacon roll breakfast to 50 guests – a breakfast favourite and the perfect way to fuel up for a busy day at the event. With an option of soft white or gluten free bread rolls, everyone could enjoy the most important meal of the day. We know the morning sets the tone for the rest of the day – so we made sure everyone was full and happy before carrying on with their busy schedules.
But don’t think that the Hog Roast Leadenham team stopped there… come lunchtime, we were showing off our signature meal. The Wilson Wraight LLP opted for our classic Menu 1 which includes a whole roasted pig – cooked to perfection with all the bits included meaning guests could enjoy it all, from the golden and crisp crackling to the meat juicy and tender. Served with a variety of fresh bread rolls and wraps, it was a true feast that left everyone satisfied
The aroma was simply irresistible. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner — here at Hog Roast Leadenham, we know how to make every meal memorable.
