Last month the Hog Roast Kelham team had the pleasure of coming out to one of the most incredible and famed venues in our area, the Kelham House Country Manor, to cater an extraordinary wedding for Steve and Becky William.
We knew from our first discussions with Steve and Becky that this was going to be a service where we would get to have a good bit of fun with our dining. The pair were looking for a special type of dining for their special day; something to really add to the atmosphere and vibrancy of the day. The Hog Roast Kelham power duo, Claire and Darren, had one answer for them: our gourmet BBQ menu!
A sizzling speciality, our gourmet BBQ is made for the big occasions. It has all of your classic summer BBQ tastes made in our very own stylish and delicious gourmet process. We’re talking handmade burgers and sausages from the very best local butcher meats. We’re looking at sizzling kebabs, skewers, marinated ribs, and even our signature hog roast to add into the mix, if required. Steve and Becky settled upon our burgers, sausages, Thai chicken kebabs, our marinated spareribs, veggie burgers, and grilled veg and halloumi skewers as their main BBQ offerings. All were served up for a roll or wrap with an addition of fried onions and cheese, if desired, along with seasonal leafy greens, gourmet slaw, freshly made chips with a choice of either sweet potato fries, regular, or even a mix of both.
If the response from the 115+ guests coming back in for seconds and, in some cases, even thirds wasn’t enough to tip the Hog Roast Kelham team off about how well enjoyed our gourmet BBQ was, then perhaps the added testimonial response after the fact did. The new Mr and Mrs William were delighted with their dining, taking time to remark upon the brilliance of our foods and service. They were delighted with the professionalism and helpfulness of the Hog Roast Kelham team throughout the entire process, from planning to the special day itself.
