At Spitting Pig Lincolnshire, we believe that great food brings people together, and that was certainly the case at a recent corporate event we had the pleasure of catering! Our team served up a sizzling Gourmet BBQ Menu, packed with flavour, variety, and plenty of hearty favourites that went down a treat with all the guests.
We fired up the grills and got to work preparing a mouth-watering selection of BBQ classics. Guests were treated to Handmade British Beef Burgers, Chef’s Own Gourmet Sausages, Thai Chicken Kebabs, and BBQ Meaty Marinated Spareribs, all cooked fresh on-site by our talented chefs. The irresistible aroma of grilled meats quickly filled the air, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxed afternoon of networking and celebration.
Each dish was served with fried onions, melted cheese, and a tempting variety of bread rolls and wraps, including wholemeal and gluten-free options. For our vegetarian and vegan guests, we offered a delicious range of homemade alternatives, such as Vegetarian Burgers, Vegetarian Sausages, Grilled Vegetable & Halloumi Skewers (or without Halloumi for vegans), and our popular BBQ Pulled Jackfruit, slow-simmered in hickory BBQ sauce and topped with crunchy slaw.
To complete the feast, guests could choose from a range of fresh salads and sides, including Greek Salad, Gourmet Coleslaw, and Chef’s Own Pasta Salad, along with a choice of potato dishes, from Roasted Baby New Potatoes to a tempting mix of freshly made chips and sweet potato fries.
Everything was beautifully presented on eco-friendly bamboo crockery with wooden cutlery and quality napkins, keeping things sustainable without compromising on style.

The event was a fantastic success, and it was wonderful to see everyone enjoying great food and great company.
