As a corporate caterer, let it neve be said that Hog Roast Lincoln are not totally dedicated to our clients. This past week we had the pleasure of spending three days with the Hyundai construction team as we helped them display their wares at the excellent PlantWorx Construction Exhibition here in Newark.
A three day show at Newark Showground, PlantWorx is the largest exhibition of its kind in the UK. Construction companies from all around the UK come to exhibit the latest in machine construction innovation and share ideas for the next generation of construction development here in the UK. As a big name in the industry, Hyundai of course had to make themselves known at the exhibition, and so they did so by employing the catering services of the best hog roast caterer in the UK, Hog Roast Lincoln.
A perfect collaboration if there ever was one, Hyundai’s incredible machinery and the look and smell of our renowned signature hog roasts drew punters in again and again over the three day event. Any prospective clients looking to shop with Hyundai’s latest in construction innovation would also have been able to pick up a delicious hog roast roll from our catering manager Rob, who worked tirelessly over the last three days with Hyundai. Of course, that job was made all the easier by getting to spend time around such an incredible event, and to be alongside the wonderful Hyundai team who made us feel right at home as though we were part of the team, too.
As guests came in, we had options of our hog roast roll, complete with golden crackling, sage and onion stuffing, and of course a good dollop of refreshing apple sauce, or an alternative of veg and halloumi skewers which, when grilled as perfectly as this, go perfectly on a roll or wrap. Not only were potential Hyundai clients getting the best in construction innovation, they were also getting the very best in catering with Hog Roast Lincoln!
