Saturday 11th of April and hog roast Waddingham got up early to prepare for yet another wedding event. The event was to be held in the middle of Waddingham, just next to the Anderson’s Mill. Richard, the event organiser and the bride’s dad requested we cooked and prepared our popular Wedding Menu 3 which consists of a variety of canapés which we serve to the guests on arrival. For the main course we would let our clients pick two options from pig, lamb, turkey, chicken, beef, burgers & sausages or Thai chicken kebabs & meaty marinated spare ribs. The menu also consists of a vegetarian option and a choice of four salads, followed by a choose two puddings option (That’s if their still hungry!)
Our clients decided they would like us to dress their wedding cake for the bride and groom after everybody had eaten. We packed away the remaining rubbish and everybody took a seat whilst we carefully added the remaining touches to the wedding cake before bringing it out and placing it on a table were the newlyweds could cut the first piece. Hog roast Waddingham had a fantastic day and we had some spectacular feedback.
