I really want to say a massive thank you to you, and all the team that helped provide the food for our wedding. Before the event, the communication and advice you gave us was invaluable and you really knew what would be a success!

On the day of the reception, you arrived with your team and got straight to work. I never saw anyone stop all day. Despite constant interruptions from me (for which I’m sorry!!), everyone remained so friendly and really got into the spirit of the day. The atmosphere from you guys was tremendous and it was like having friends or family doing the catering.

I am also so grateful for the help you and the team gave us on the day. The team really had a massive task as we had 170 guests to seat and feed! The girls set up 17 tables for us, and each table looked fabulous. I honestly could not have done that without your help!

On to the food…..WOW, what can I say!! The canapés were beautiful and really well presented and got the evening off to a flying start. For the meal we had pork and beef and I watched the pig roasting away all day. When we sat down to eat I can honestly say, it was the best meat I have ever tasted, and the crackling was absolutely delicious. The guests have since told us that they thought the food was amazing and that they were going back four and five times for more!! People have sent cards to us thanking us for the invite, and commenting on how much they all enjoyed the hog roast, (and don’t forget, a lot of these guys are farmers and they know good meat!!).

So, thank you so much for helping to make our day absolutely magical. Without your help I know it would not have been nearly as successful and I would have no hesitations what so ever in recommending you to anyone who wanted a hog roast wedding!!
