Sometimes, one of our amazing hog roasts is all that’s needed, however, and this was true on Thursday evening, when we made a feast of our fabulous pigs in buns for a small party, with tender meat and crispy crackling crammed into bread rolls and wraps and topped with our homemade apple sauce and stuffing. Everything we served was devoured with absolute relish in no time at all!
