This week we had the pleasure of catering at Beth and Josh’s wedding held at a private home in Staffordshire. The couple had been banking on good weather and they were in luck as they had planned a garden party reception- how lovely! Our catering manager Rob arrived at the home mid-afternoon to get set up whilst the nuptials were taking place.
Beth and Josh had invited over two hundred guests and had requested our simple hog roast menu. It may be simple, but this classic is a firm favourite for a reason. Succulent meat that falls of the bone, accompanied by crunchy salty crackling and tangy homemade applesauce simply cannot be beaten. Of course, as always, we planned an exciting alternative for those with dietary requirements in the form of our grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, with halloumi an optional extra so that any vegans could enjoy the skewers too.
