Pam and Lee have been married for 60 years and have raised a wonderful family together. The family always host parties and events for celebrations, so it was no surprise that they celebrated big for this milestone anniversary! The couple contacted our Hog Roast Mablethorpe catering manager Rob to discuss menu options, finally deciding that our formal dining option was an ideal choice. We provided this menu at a beautifully decorated marquee with rows of tables, a DJ booth and plenty of room to dance!
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Mablethorpe team arrived early to prepare the courses for the menu. We began the event by serving canapes as the guests arrived, including an Indian selection, mini fish and chips, duck breast, fresh salmon, and mini pizzas. Canapes are an ideal way to set a formal tone for an event and introduce the guests to our delicious catering style.
Once the guests were seated, we served our delicious main course of slow-roasted pork, served with a selection of tasty sides and accompaniments. This was a delicious main course packed full of flavours, with something for everyone to enjoy.
To finish the menu, we served cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. Both dishes were presented beautifully with fresh fruit and cream, meaning they looked and tasted delicious! Our menu was an ideal way to prepare the guests for a night of dancing and singing as a family!
